A seasoned leader and practitioner with more than 35 years of experience across human resources, corporate operations, talent management, and organizational development, Maria brings a deep, multidisciplinary perspective to leadership growth and organizational effectiveness. She holds a graduate degree in Health Care Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a proud alumna of the Grace Harris Leadership Institute.

She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a Certified Master Coach. Maria is also the author of Don't Kill the Joy: How Fun at Work Creates Teams That Thrive and Results That Last.

Kathy Stoddard Torrey has been helping individuals and organizations achieve success by creating positive relationships for about 20 years through leadership and interpersonal communication seminars. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and Organization and Relationship System Certified Coach. Kathy has a Bachelor of Journalism with a public relations major and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
